Back on track

Yesterday I decided it was time to get back on track. Fortunately I left all the junk food at my parents house, so I bought more veggies and grains and started cooking and measuring my portions and keeping a food journal again. I had a solid workout at the gym, then got a bit of reading done on the stair climber. I was shopping for underwear online and after looking at so many models decided I would try for a body like an underwear model. The plan is to try to lose around a pound a week, so I will keep my calorie intake around 2,000 ( I typically eat around 2,500 to maintain my weight).
