I made it to work 15 minutes earlier than usual. Part of this is the result of me running faster! I think I left the house a bit earlier than normal, though I have no idea how much earlier. I thought of grabbing my watch before I left but decided against it. I also ate only one piece of toast with breakfast (brought the other with me). I cut a few minutes off my time yesterday even though I was dragging cause I was so full from breakfast. I make my own bread, I usually use whole wheat and whole grains, it makes for a very hearty bread. This week I used Kashi Pilaf, lots of good grains in that.
Wish I had brought coffee too...
